Returns & Refunds

We want to make sure you love everything about your A New Grace products! Whether you need to exchange a size or color, we're here to help you any way we can. We will gladly refund any unworn accessories in the original packaging. If you would like to schedule a return/exchange please email us within 14 days of receiving your package. Once we receive your items back into our shop we will issue a refund in the amount of your purchase (minus shipping charges) to the payment method you used at checkout. 

Please note:

• $1.50 will be deducted from orders returned without their original packaging as this may cause the earrings to become damaged in transit. 
• Email us at info@anewgrace.com to speak to us about a return, refund, or exchange.
